MÉLANGE takes pride in the engineering and craftsmanship of our timepieces. We warrant the MÉLANGE Glacé against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of physical delivery to the customer.Territorial Scope: This warranty is valid worldwide.What is Covered:
This warranty strictly covers the watch movement (Seiko VH31), hands, and dial. If a covered component proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use, MÉLANGE will, at its discretion, repair or replace the timepiece free of charge.What is Not Covered:
The following are strictly excluded from warranty coverage:Battery depletion and routine maintenance.Normal wear and tear, aging, or altering of the color/texture of the leather strap.Scratches, chips, or damage to the domed sapphire crystal or 316L steel case resulting from improper handling, accidents, impacts, or normal daily use.Water damage resulting from failure to secure the push-pull crown or exceeding the specified ATM water resistance rating.Any damage caused by unauthorized third-party repairs or modifications.Statutory Rights:
This commercial warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under applicable national and EU laws relating to the sale of consumer goods.How to Make a Warranty Claim:Email Us: Send an email to [email protected] with your Kickstarter Backer Number (or Order Number), a brief description of the issue, and clear photos/videos demonstrating the defect.Review: Our team will review your claim within 48-72 hours.Return Authorization: If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the exact shipping address for our Polish headquarters.
